What to bring: Please bring your starter system. We will use both starters because we start the 8 & under swimmers from the opposite side of the pool. As many officials as you can bring. Stop watches and your coach’s tent. We will provide 8 chairs for your coaches.

Heat Sheet: An electronic copy will be provided to your computer rep. We will also post the heat sheet to our website the day before the meet.

Coaches Area: The visiting teams coach’s area will be next to the lifeguard chair on the same side as the visiting team’s seating area. Please bring extra chairs and a coach’s tent.

Team Area: The visiting team’s seating area is on the grass, right outside the pool, to the left of the pool as you are looking down from the parking lot. We have a new small shed in the visitors area that has taken some space. The fire department asks for a pathway from the parking lot to the double gates. Please be aware of this when setting up tents. We will also block off space in the bottom parking lot for our visiting teams. Visiting teams may begin to set up after 8:00 PM on Friday evening.
