Ashland Stingrays Swim Team

• Our Fall/Winter/Spring program includes swimmers of all different levels and will work on beginner skills all the way up to advanced racing techniques (starts, turns, underwater techniques) and everything in between.
• Swimmers will range in age from around 4 up to typically 15 or 16. We will have coaches in the water for the younger swimmers.
• Included this year will be four time trials spread out 2 months apart. Time trials will be held in November, January, March and May. All participants in the program are encouraged to participate. These will take place on Sundays after our 11-12 PM practice.
• Coaches will be coaches from the Ashland summer swim team.
• We do allow swimmers from surrounding summer swim teams which do not offer an offseason swim program.
• Space is limited and typically fills up with the weekdays going the fastest because we have fewer lanes during the week.
• This is an 8 month financial commitment so please make sure your swimmer is willing to participate for the entire program. If they decide to stop, the families are still responsible for the remaining cost of the program.
• We will have off days that fall on holidays, swim meets and some occasional off days during the week, so we offer the same number of swim days during the week as we do on Sundays.
• We have noticed some major improvements from one summer to the next for swimmers who participate in our program.
• Online payments are not yet implemented, all payments will be made via check or Venmo, details on the payment page of this registration.
